No Vampire Tonight

I’m going to be busy taking care of my daughter for a while because she has the coughs and a bit of recurring fever and I feel it’s taking longer for her to recover. She got the virus from my mom (actually everyone here except for me has the cough or the colds). I’m very choosey of which accounts I check on a daily basis so I don’t use up too much time online.

I also have a project I’m working on offline which will be due anytime soon. And aside from this, I have 2 huge boxes of clothes I need to wash (they’re my clothes from LB before I got pregnant), my cousins are also here at home with Regil (my cousin’s son) and there’s the paper works for next semester. So basically, my schedule is stuffed as it is.

Although I haven’t gone to any of the forums I usually drop by to, I checked a few online accounts today, call it daily routine if you might… I received a really nice testimonial from -ivory- in Friendster who by the way was from my highschool and elementary. She’s a very good friend since grade 4 and knows much of who I was back then.

Painful!

The OB has told me a week after I gave birth that it takes at least two months before the wounds from the episiotomy would close up and it will fully heal, internally, after at least a year.

What’s episiotomy? According to the little pre-natal booklet I got from my doctor, Episiotomy is incision made during childbirth to the perineum (if you’re that curious, research, I’m not willing to elaborate any further) to widen the vaginal opening for delivery. And medically, it’s a very precise cut. I had to undergo that, unfortunate for me, and I don’t think it’s small at all.

Seven months later, it’s been hurting as hell for me every once in a while. I’ve gone back to have it checked because I can no longer sit down properly without wincing for the last two days. They say that it might have been caused by the rigorous activities I’ve been undertaking lately and that I should be fine now. I’m suppose to take some medication to ease the pain in case it becomes unbearable again.

I have come to the conclusion that episiotomy is evil. Evil, I tell you! Evil! Oh why, why me?

Gutter Talk 01

Hahahaha… I’m feeling a bit irate today so …. let’s talk gutter without the cursing.

1) Asar ang mga boyfriend. If they don’t visit you, never call you, forget to send sms to you, greet you when you’re online, send you email, or any type of communication, hindi boyfriend tawag dun. We girls need attention most of the time. If you don’t take care of us, why bother taking care of you? All for love? Pfffft tama na ang panggulo sa buhay. You don’t want to talk, I’m not talking to you either. But don’t expect me to be forever holding my silence. Moving on!

2) Headache maging webmaster. Ang hirap kapag pinaglaanan mo na ng oras ung client mo, nagdedicate ka na ng oras, isinantabi mo na ung isang pending client, tapos in the end, hindi itutuloy ung project ang masakit pa, ibibigay nya sa iba. Haaay how disappointing , I’m actually pissed pero that’s life. Next please!

Back to Music!

Yey! After so long I can play the guitar again! And because of that, I’m posting lyrics! (oh wag na kayo pumalag sa trips ko e..) On Saturday, we’re going to have the awarding of the tennis game! Woop! I’ll post something then. *grins*

I miss elbi! And this reggae song makes me miss it more! Hmmmmmm I need to get streaming in here so you all could hear it.

* * *

Laging alaala ang Elbi nights
Saya na walang humpay
Bayad sa jeepney pabago-bago
Estudyante laging nalilito
Lalakad lang ay ayos na

Mga gabi laging nasa labas
Nag-iinom sa tapat ng ICs baba
At nagkakape sa ICs taas
Wag ding kalimutan mga gabi
Nagliliparan sa campus
Mga tao lahat nagsasaya

Hindi ko malilimutan ang Elbi nights
Dito nabubuo ang lahat
Bagyo na merong pasok pa rin
Absent lagi pumapasa pa rin
Pag sembreak na party lahat

Naalala mo pa ba
Mga swimming nights sa Baker
Mga tugtugan sa dating Padi’s
Sa Agrix at sa Heights
Mga tao’y masasaya at maliligalig
Mga Jammers lahat at nagkakantahan

Di mo malilimutan ang Elbi nights
Home ay Petrino’s at Big Mac
Lechon kawali at Bug-ong
Footlong na pagka-sarap-sarap
Pagkain para sa lahat

How to Keep Your Insanity

As I’ve mentioned before, I am very much abnormal. And as being such, I have to maintain my insanity… Maybe I should try this list which I found in my mail.

  1. At lunch time, sit in your parked car with sunglasses on and point a hair dryer at passing cars. See if they slow down.
  2. Page yourself over the intercom. Don’t disguise your voice.
  3. Every time someone asks you to do something, ask if they want fries with that.
  4. Put your garbage can on your desk and label it “In.”
  5. Put Decaf in the coffee maker for 3 weeks. Once everyone has gotten over their caffeine addictions, switch to espresso.
  6. In The Memo Field Of All Your Checks, Write “For Smuggling Diamonds”
  7. Finish All Your sentences with “In Accordance With The Prophecy.”
  8. Dont use any punctuation.
  9. As Often As Possible, Skip Rather Than Walk.
  10. Order a Diet Water whenever you go out to eat, with a serious face.
  11. Specify That Your Drive-through Order Is “To Go.”
  12. Sing Along At The Opera.
  13. Go To A Poetry Recital And Ask Why The Poems Don’t Rhyme
